Week seven. We are still busy looking everything over, and then over again. We are rubbing down the gold with cotton and icewater, gilding any tiny spots we may have missed the first time around, and re-doing any areas that may have gotten scratched or scuffed in tight spots as we were moving around. It is painstaking work, and tiring too. We need keen eyes and an outlook of making this as perfect as possible. We pay as much attention to areas that will not even be visible to anyone. We will know, and this gives a great feeling of pride and satisfaction to all of us. (Of course, Athena will outlast all of us too...)
