Athena Project

Here he is - the man himself - sculptor Alan Lequire. Without him I and the rest of the gilding crew would not be working on this project, because there would be no big beautiful statue of the goddess Athena in the Parthenon. In this picture Alan appears to be benignly gazing down at us from inside the Parthenon ceiling; he's actually getting ready to drop some ropes down that we can hook on to while we work.
