A few shots of our fearless leader Smitty. Here he's applying gold leaf to the sphinx on Athena's helmet. There's still one more level above. It's real hot up here, about 40 feet up, and the scaffolding kind of sways like a treehouse. There's LOTs to do on the helmet. Besides the spinx, there's 2 winged horses, and long plumes that extend though 3 levels of scaffolding.
